LOS ANGELES TOUR DIARY -Day Seventeen - Disneyland

The perfect vintage tee for a trip to DISNEYLAND!!!
The most magical place on earth! We hadn't done a lot of research into going to Disneyland we just knew we would go. It wasn't until we arrived that we realised that there was both Disneyland Park and Disney Californian Adventure Park. We decided to spend the day at the traditional Disneyland, an element of that may be because I am a scaredy cat when it comes to the bigger rides. We decided to go on a Wednesday (i think it was) to avoid it being to hectic with crowds but that meant it was open 10am til 8pm which seems like a lot of time but it goes very very quickly.
On the way in we met Goofy, I was super chuffed to meet him and he was super chuffed that he was on my shirt. I know it's dorky but I still love meeting all the characters :)
This is my second ever trip to Disneyland, my first one was to Disneyland Tokyo. I have decided that eventually I would like to get a set of ears from every Disneyland. Had a quick photo with Woody on the way.
Got my cute new ears, it's always a tough choice to decide which ones to go with but I finally settled on a pair of fantastiaesque ones. Then I got to have a photo with my favourite, Winnie the Pooh.
\and of course Tigger
As to be expected the food was super expensive and I was a bit bummed that it wasn't all Disney shaped like it was in Tokyo. If you are vegetarian or vegan or don't want to pay an arm and a leg for food.. bring snacks.
The top rides not to miss would have to be, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Matterhorn Bobsleds and Indiana Jones Adventures.
We somehow completely missed Toon Town all day and by the time we found it, it had gotten quite dark. My apologies these are pretty average quality but I had to take a million photos of Minnie's house.
The very last ride we went on was Peter Pan's flight and it was a perfect ride to end the night. You fly up into the sky in a carriage through the streets of London and then onto Neverland. I would maybe even say it was my favourite ride of the day xx

LOS ANGELES TOUR DIARY -Day Sixteen pt 2 - Griffith Observatory Los Angeles

One of the places that a lot of people had told us to check out was the Griffith Observatory. A great tip someone gave us was to head there an hour or two before the sunset, that way you get to see the view during the day, as the sun sets and at night time.
Great view of the Hollywood sign
Inside was really cool, you can find out your weight on each planet and there was an amazing model of the solar system. It is go great that a place like this exists and has no entry cost!
Got to hang out with Albert Einstein
Watching the sun set was stunning
but the most magical part was seeing the city lit up xx
